Return Policy:
The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. It should be in its original condition, with all tags, packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and any other documents intact.

Refund Policy:
Please courier the pillow to our address. Once received and cleared by our Quality Check, we will refund 100% of your invoice amount.

In some cases, if the location or product dimensions don’t meet courier criteria, customers are required to arrange the return.
Note: Currently, we don’t provide pickup service. Customers are requested to courier the product back to us. If the courier charge is under ₹200, we will reimburse it. If it exceeds ₹200, the additional cost will be borne by the customer. To reduce the shipping cost, you can fold the pillow tightly and evenly to minimize its size and volumetric weight. For reimbursement, kindly share the courier bill indicating the amount paid.
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your order, please chat with our support team on WhatsApp. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation won’t be possible, but returns are always an option.
