For any missing or damaged items, please provide the following documentation or proof within 48 hours of contacting us:

1. Images depicting the outer packaging.
2. A photo of the received item.
3. An unboxing video showcasing the outer packaging and received item.

Additionally, please note our return, refund, and cancellation policy:

Return: Product must be returned to us within 7 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.

Refund: Please courier the pillow to our address. Once we receive it and it passes QC, we'll refund you 100% of your invoice amount. Below is our address:

Note: To return/replacement the product, please courier it to our address (we currently don’t offer pickup support, but we are working on it. Thank you for your understanding).
If the cost is under 200 rupees, we'll take care of it. However, if it exceeds that amount, you'll need to cover the additional cost.
Additionally, you can try folding the pillow tightly and evenly to minimize its size and reduce its volumetric weight to reduce the shipping cost.

Furthermore, for the courier charge refund, please provide the bill indicating the amount you've paid to the courier company.

Cancellation: To cancel your order, please chat with our support team on WhatsApp. If the order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. However, return is possible for all orders/products.
