4. Raise a Ticket: Contact our team to raise a complaint or ticket highlighting the issue.

5. Return the Product: Send the product back to us as directed by our team. (we currently don’t offer pickup support, but we are working on it. Thank you for your understanding).

6. Get Your Refund: Receive your refund within the stated time frame.
